One Man Hanged in Public in Northwestern Iran Today

Iran Human Rights, September 23: One prisoner was hanged in public in the Northwestern Iranian province of Azerbaijan today.
According to the official Iranian news agency IRNA, the man was identified as "Reza M." , convicted of murdering another man identified as "Ali V". The prisoner was reportedly hanged in public today in "Shahr-e-Tork", near the town of Mianeh.
